All prices on this site are in AUD, and you can check out using your credit/debit card, or PayPal account. Fees, including exchange fees, are slightly lower with most cards than with PayPal! Order ProcessingI always do my best to process orders as quickly as possible; it is a solo operation, so please allow up to one week for me to handle your order. My policy is to consider a package lost at 6 weeks from the dispatch date; please contact me if it's been this long without sign of your order, and I will compensate you.
If you are buying anything as a gift, please keep the processing + delivery times in mind! Especially around the holidays (December-January), there are a lot of public holidays and mail can become congested, causing delays to occur.
- No tracking available.
- Sent in flat paper envelopes.
- Can only be used for small, flat, paper merchandise. This includes all bookmarks and stickers, postcards, washi tape samples, and prints that are A5 in size or smaller.
- Delivery can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive to non-Australian addresses.
Registered:
- Comes with a tracking number and email notifications.
- Sent as parcels.
- You can select registered for any order, but it's necessary to use this option if your order contains anything bulky, 3D, or non-paper.
- This includes charms, enamel pins, washi tape, zines (due to bulk), and large posters (which are shipped in a tube, rather than flat).
- Delivery will be around 2-3 weeks to metro areas in high-traffic countries like China, the USA, and the UK. It may take 4-5 weeks to rural or further-away places.
Prices
- Domestic orders (within Australia) cost $2 standard, $7 registered, and should then arrive within 5 working days of being shipped.
- International rates range from $30 to $11 for unregistered post, depending on weight.
- Registered post is charged as a flat amount, with the following prices:
- New Zealand: $16 AUD
- Asia-Pacific, Canada, and the United States: $18 AUD
- UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden: $22 AUD
- Rest of Europe: $24 AUD
- Rest of the world: $26 AUD

Update May 2020 regarding the COVID-19 pandemic
As you can imagine, there are currently delays in shipping to all locations, as postal systems worldwide are experiencing high capacity and tighter safety restrictions. I am continuing to dispatch orders on my regular schedule, but some delays and disruptions are to be expected.
I am sourcing my information from the Australia Post website, and the situation may change rapidly. I appreciate everyone's patience during this time!
